08/16/08 BLUE HOUSE BAND
Formed in 2001, the Blue House Band are comprised of musicians who achieved individual recognition in the '80s and '90s having performed with such eclectic talents as Ian Hunter, Foghat, Firefall, and Blowfly Comprised of guitarist/vocalist Robbie Alter, bassist Richie Goldman, and drummer Bobby "BB G" Goldman, Blue House combine modern electric blues with classic boogie and Southern rock and a touch of retro swing. The band gained a healthy word-of-mouth popularity based on live performances around its home base of south Florida, which led to the recording of its first full-length CD, Who's in the House.

08/09/08 THE NOVEAUX HONKIES
The Nouveaux Honkies combine a mixture of blues, roots and americana into one entertaining frolic featuring violin. We have a vast array of material from the 20's through the 60's and original music that is stylistically similar to that era. To hear The Nouveaux Honkies is an entertaining ride for all ages.
08/02/08 Nick Trill and the Thrillseekers
The band has been playing around the South Florida area since 1996. The current lineup is Nick Trill (harmonica and vocals), Surfin’ Greg Smolla (guitar and vocals), Richard “Hubcap” Taylor (bass and vocals) and Lil Mel Washington (drums and vocals).  The type of music is blues and swing with an emphasis on the Chicago and West Coast sound of the fifties.  We play a high energy type of blues that is perfect for dancing.

08/23/08 BEN PRESTAGE:
Ben is a bluesman/one-man band from down in the Everglades. He's made a living as a Beale Street sidewalk performer, having shared sidewalk space with such names as Robert Belfour and Richard Johnston, and has also been voted in the top 3 bluesmen at the International Blues Competition in 2003 and 2006. His pedigree includes a great-grandmother that was a vaudeville musician who toured with Al Jolson and in medicine shows, a great aunt who was a successful Boogie pianist, and a great grandfather who was a Mississippi share cropper and is the person that added the delta blues sound to Ben's childhood soundtrack, which became the backbone of Ben's music. Incidentally, Ben is also the only two time recipient of the Lyons/Pitchford Award for "best diddley-bow player" and can sometimes be seen playing a cigar box guitar.
08/30/08 The Nucklebusters Blues Band
Over the course of its 13-year run on the South Florida club circuit, the Nucklebusters Blues Band has served as the house band at a number of reputable local venues, including the legendary Musician's Exchange in Fort Lauderdale. The Nucklebusters, is fronted by nimble-fingered guitarist “Famous” Frank Ward and Hammond organist Joe Saint, both of whose talents are legendary on the Southeast music scene. The band's specialty is raucous, Chicago-style blues, and after all their years of nonstop gigging, Famous Frank and the boys pretty much have their act down cold. Whether you are a diehard blues fan or just love great funky music, the Nucklebusters is a must when you are looking for A+ quality blues.
